Only foreverman can explain the answer to those questions. He's been tagged and when he logs in he'll see this then review your complaint. All staff here are volunteers and in different time zones around the world but you can probably expect a response in the next 24 hours.

I would hazard a guess at "14" in the ban reason being because there's a belief that you're 14 years old but that's only a guess.

usually means age, but as i already said you will have to wait till he is on to answer you, just be patient
