Repeated kicks, confusion

OK first thing is first, I confess to recruiting for another site. I DID it. No arguments there.
I did it yesterday, I knew it was wrong and I don't deny that. I received a kick for it this morning, I completely agree with that kick 100%.
However when I returned this evening I wasn't recruiting as I didn't want another kick, ( the kick had brought me to my senses). But I was still kicked with the reason saying recruiting when I had stopped that course of action.
My question is am I now KOS, if I am I understand but I request clarification on this situation so I can understand fully.
In conclusion I'd like to offer my sincere apologies for my actions. @Amaisey @Simply Karina
 
Not really much to add here other than recruiting for other chat sites, especially while being an admin on said site, is a rule infraction that usually always results in a ban. Doing that is trying to harm both Girls Chat and Chat Avenue in an attempt to steal our ********.

The ban will be @Amaisey's choice, but until she speaks with me, I wont be allowing you back in the room.

Thanks you for the clarification, but to be completely open I'm not staff in the other room, just a member.

When I asked you earlier why you were banned you stated it was because you were reporting regulars for recruiting yet nkw your admitting you were the one doing the recruiting so how are the mods supposed to beleive you?

I would add a screenshot of proof but I have no idea how lol
