Using another user's identifiers is not okay, regardless of if it's retaliatory or not. If a user has stolen your picture, name or whatever that does not give you the right to steal theirs or others. Throwing a tantrum in main about how you got kicked for breaking rules is also not okay.
Notify a moderator if you think a user has stolen your information and it will be dealt with. If you have persistent issues with another user or you just don't like them, feel free to use the ignore feature. I hear it works great this time of year.
