adult chat says banned but only just joined

I'm in a hotel trying to log in and getting a banned message, only made the account today and seem to be banned from Adult Chat? Possible the IP of the hotel has been blocked?

Any idea how to resolve?

Desktop, my mobile is able to log in from a 4g connection so assume this is to do with the IP of the hotel?

It's because of the too many bans, someone messed up so eventually members like you will get that banned address because IP addresses circle ( are mobile ) and are connected with the site.

yeah just tried and I still get the banned message

cleared cache, tried different browser. As soon as I log in on the hotel wifi I get the banned message. I can connect via 4g but not on this wifi

I have tried to do a "test ban" . Please try to log in again now n revert back.

Not under ip ban list either.
