Hello administrators, I really don't understand why when I use WiFi the page is blocked but when I use mobile data there is no restriction.

The strangest thing is that yesterday I was able to enter via Wi-Fi connection.

Are you encountering a ban screen when you try to log in on WiFi? It sounds like you might have been banned on a guest account, if that is the case. What room is this in and can you please provide some more information by what you mean when you say "it's blocked"?

I have a registered account, it is at the beginning when I try to log in via WiFi, I don't know if it is because of something about the IP

I am currently using mobile data because if I use WIFI this page will also be blocked

When I enter the chat-avenue page via WIFI I get this error "The page you have requested is blocking your connection to the webserver."

Do me a favour and crop out the bottom of that screenshot ASAP. You do not want your IP posted here. Best way is going to be to delete that and repost without any personally identifying information.

oh okay sorry

That message is what I am receiving when I am using WIFI

No need to be sorry, it's a safety thing. Your IP address gives your location and people online can be monsters.

This issue is unfortunately above my pay grade though. You'll need to wait for another staff member to chime in that has a better understanding of these sorts of issues. I'm going to tag @Radiation in case he has any ideas or knows who a good person to ask is.

So you say that it has nothing to do with my internet and it is a problem with cookies and caches ???
May also have something to do with your device. A lot of smart phones have VPN. I learned this when I had some concert tickets sent to a phone app. When I was trying to log on to get the tickets then for some reason the VPN kicked in, I could not log in without setting up a new account due to the VPN. Try clearing your cookies and caches first.

I already deleted the cookies and the rest but I still get the same thing
