I work at a hospital and I can’t access the site on their WiFi.

He left his IP address , he is from a certain South American country known for a wonderful, chicken, potato dish with yellow pepper gravy with a olive and boiled egg. Their capital is a type of bean. I dont think Peru is banned
 
If you see ban screen without any reason it doesn’t mean you’re banned. It means your IP is blocked until you’ve changed it and refreshed your page. Some of the reasons why your IP might be blocked:
  • You’re using a VPN - the sites are blocking these. Often used in attempts to bypass bans and other suspicious activities
  • Your country or state is blocked and/or it’s blocking the site
  • An alternate account of yours has been banned
  • The host might be blacklisted
  • A bug. Try clearing history/cache
 
A number of Android phones come with VPN and people may or may not be aware of it. I never knew my phone had VPN until I was trying to access some concert tickets I had purchased.
I don't think you all are blocking his country. It is in south america he had his IP address in the thread previously. I can give it to you if you like.

the problem is you are a fucking moron, try shoving your thumb up your ass and yelling, ENGAGE WIFI, that will probably do the trick.

The old one was even more aggressive lol.

This is a glitch more often than not and that may be why it was changed to be slightly less aggressive - anyway, if you've tried clearing your cache and cookies, you may want to try unplugging your Wi-Fi router for an hour or so at most and see if that will allow your IP to refresh thus putting you on a non-banned IP. Wouldn't hurt to clear your cache and cookies again during the process. Good luck!
