I can’t remember the password to my Gen account and don’t know the email I used either. Is there a way to get my password reset or can someone find out what email I made the account with?

If you want the email to be checked. My only thought would to be to contact CM.

Other than that, I would think you would have to make a new account. Without the email, you cant reset the password.

Check all your email accounts, you will see the sign up message on one of the email accounts. then you will know what email you used and can get a password reset sent to it.

I make random emails to make accounts. I don’t KNOW THE EMAIL I USED because it was one of those random ones. But all of my passwords are the same to them so if I can figure out what email it was, problem solved.

You can login with the username you used. You don’t have to just use the email! If you know the username you last used put that where the email usually goes and then you’re in if you know the password.

Hello and sorry you’re dealing with this. I know you said you messaged Samwise, did he respond yet? If not, I’m sure he will when he’s able and he should be able to get this resolved for you or at least contact CM directly for you.
Worst case scenario you could just create a new account but I’m sure you’d rather not do that.

Can't she look up all her email. Then she can type in search bar in each email 📨 and type chat ave. Then she can find it. There so many ways to find it.
