@Chatmaster hey it's Camp. Can you please check this thing up and help my good buddy "Satan" to recover the account she is claiming. She has some credentials to prove she is the account owner. You just help her with the recovery email, if you can somehow inform her what email id she used , she will be able to enter it hopefully, as she said.

Coz : Even with the email address you can't log in to that email id without knowing that email's password, to then recover the chatave account. So if she can we can assume she is authorised to do so(unless it was some non-standard disposable email id from unknown domains, I don't know about them). I know it's for password reset safety but still it might be considered, if you deem it right. Also we can see the account is inactive from a long time, so no other user actively claiming it as well right now.

Again I leave it upto your consideration, for all accounts' security is important.

In case it's not allowed for security reasons, she should be given good discounts on her next VIP purchase. Maybe even free VIP if she can prove by sending an email from that email id she saying was linked to the gen chat account after you tell her the email id. 😁

She has a VIP account. Says so in the thread. It’s a waste of her money to make a new account

I know it can be upsetting and frustrating for sure. That's so sad. Sorry that you never got a reply to be honest. Maybe there busy or out of town or in the hospital or an emergency happen. We never know why they can't answer sometimes. Hopefully someone can fix it find it for you that works here on chat ave. I'm so sorry that you lost your password and email. I feel badly for you. (not saying thats the case here) ultimately- messaging CM is the only real hope as he might have tools I don't. Im sorry I can't do more but I dont have user passwords and neither does the site. @Chatmaster

Hi šŸ™ I understand your point but please note I didn't say that you should tell her the password, that's something that should never be done and as far as I know a secure site admins can't see its users' passwords, so that's totally right. I was just saying if only the email address that is registered with her account is shared with her according to her she can recover the account coz she can enter into her email account then. But she needs to know which email address she used coz she has forgotten that. She is not asking nither for chatave account password nor for email account password, but only the email address. But again usually a site if strictly secure will still verify before even giving that kind of piece of information (here which is registered email's address) too. So yes I leave it upto the security team.

only CM can do the email thing- sometimes has sent password reset to email if I remember correctly. But if that is forgotten also niot much can be done.
 
Wouldn't she get banned for more than one account if she did that?

In most rooms you are allowed to have more than one account. But you can only use one at a time.

Here is the rule from General Chat:

ā–ŗ Do not double, triple, quadruple etc. log. If you have more than one account- Excess accounts that violate room rules rules will be removed. ie Banned

I can’t remember the password to my Gen account and don’t know the email I used either. Is there a way to get my password reset or can someone find out what email I made the account with?
No there isn’t I have the same problem you’re just gonna have to create a new account or wait like 20 days for that account to expire. Then recreate.

I can confirm @Chatmaster is in the hospital and just gave birth to triplets. @Samwise just came back after visiting. He is after all their Godfather now.
 
Can't she look up all her email. Then she can type in search bar in each email šŸ“Ø and type chat ave. Then she can find it. There so many ways to find it.
