Was banned 4-5 weeks ago and the reason said spamming. As far as I know I never spammed. I only chatted with a select group of girls that were on my friend list. My ID was/is Brenda28. I’m not sure why this Brenda29 keeps popping up. I had a moderator check Brenda28 last night and was told it’s cleared n ready to go. When I try to sign in it does not accept my password that I always used for Brenda28. When I try to do a forgot password it says sent to a new temporary password to my email but I never receive one. Please help. I enjoyed talking to these three women I became friends with.

Good morning. My ID is Brenda28. I was banned while chatting in the Adult Chat Room approximately 5 weeks ago. I chat with a select group of friends. Last night I once again tried and went on the Adult room as a guest and ask for help from the moderator that was on. He/she (not sure who it was) told me my ID Brenda28, was no longer banned. When I try to sign in it doesn’t accept my password I always used for Brenda28, when I push forgot password it says it sent password to the email attached to this ID. If you need the email attached to Brenda28 I’ll gladly send it to you, just not sure if I should on this post. Is there away to just completely erase/delete all my account and I can just start from scratch? Again I never spammed to my knowledge.

Not fixed yet. Won’t let me sign in. Says needs needs to verify my email with a code that is suppose to be sent to my email but it never comes

again my ID name on adult chat is Brenda28 not Brenda28. This is the ID that was banned for some reason. If the ban has been lifted I having a problem signing in. When I try to sign in it says my email needs to be verified with a code that was sent to my email but it never comes. If I try to sign in and use the forgot password it says it sent a temporary password to my email but again I never get it. Is there a way to just start over and recreate my account?
