He's not a ped, creep (that I know of) not underage and not ripping anyone off- so why should any user be banned for something that can be easily ignored? basically he's a troll. He did spend most of the last 1.5+ years on the ban list- but it expired- (ie account deleted)
He does make a comments that are not appropriate and gets sanctioned, regularly. I'm not defending him by any means but the room staff have to follow CM guidelines- and that includes me in terms of who can be banned or why.

no that's clearly not allowed per the room rules. But reposting other users account pics while annoying, is at the ,lower end of the types of trouble he's caused in the past.

Dude, he's been kicked/more time than I can count, even by me. When I was a mod, for samwise, he does get punished. Like everyone else.

Trolls stay only as long as there is food. Attention, even if negative is still attention and its what he is seeking. I know its annoying but like stated you can ignore him, and he will lose interest.
This being said posting account pictures of others is clearly a rules violation.
so you can do the most vile things and get banned for it. but oh well the account expired so he can come back. not like he can be rebanned or anything. such a fucking joke.

His comments go beyond that of trolling. I'm sure there's women in there who have had something traumatic happen them like sexual assault or worse, and he continues to tell women he's going to r word them. Hes always saying he's gonna hold someone down against their will as they cry, an goes into detail. It's not only disturbing but illegal.
As for him not being a pedo, he doesn't do himself any favors by sexualizing teens when he calls them sexual slurs and about sex. Not to mention the things he's said about people's kids.
they're just more users to pad his precious user count. that's more important than the quality of the room. just look at the people that have been let back in and continue to do the same things they've banned for.
Is this the same guy (relentless) who plagued girls chat? He creates hundreds of accounts there, basically a new account each time he logs in, has racially abused pinky (a minor) tells the mods he will rape them, the fact it’s not a genuine threat does not excuse the behaviour.

@Samwise , check with Pinky to see if that happened. Pinky can handle herself I know but that sort of behavior should not be tolerated.
You always ask for proof but there is literally years of proof. I know you are being a good chat avenue non paid employee but can't you see how this makes you look like to most others? You have to be only concerned about padding your numbers or actually feel typing threats of assault to female users is a matter of free speech and per se not a bannable offense.
