The mod Rachel_NY in lesbian chat has become increasingly erratic and is abusing her power without proper oversight by the administration @flame_song @Chatmaster, so I'd like to make it known here in fourms in the hopes that something is finally done.
There is allegation after allegation against Rachel_NY and they are swept under the rug time and again. I guess that's allowed if you've dated the admin of the site, and/or if you are the admin of the site.
At what point is @Chatmaster going to step in? This is not an isolated incident. This is not a one time occurrence where a mod made a mistake. This is a pattern of behavior that administration is turning a blind eye towards. It needs to stop now for everyone's safety.
Let me start off by saying Rachel doxxed a user and myself on the site months back which is a massive invasion of privacy, and a crime recognized by law, and she ended up with a slap on the wrist.
There have been several instances where Rachel acts like she doesn't know what she's doing and saying. At one point she told me that she knew where I lived and maybe we should meet up to "settle" a dispute. Instead of Flame taking it as the threat it was, it was also swept under the rug, as Rachel claimed the remark was innocent.
Evidence was provided to @Flamesong that Rachel is running a different chat site not affiliated with chat ave. Once again this was swept under the rug by Flame stating the user who provided it doctored the screenshot. Where is the proof the screenshot was doctored? Why is this not being taken seriously? Why is everyone else constantly forced to provide more and more proof that is then dismissed?
More recently Rachel is again doing as she pleases. A few days ago myself and many regulars on the site watched as Rachel called a user a "dumb ****," because Rachel doesn't like this user, and then proceeded to troll her under a guest account. How is that appropriate? Aren't mods supposed to be professional? In what universe is it okay for a person in a position of power to call a subordinate a "dumb ****?" I'm at a loss. Again, screenshots were provided and again nothing was done.
On that same day at virtually the same time Rachel said to me, "Kari would be fun to own and spank." This is highly inappropriate coming from a mod on a chat site who continously claims its not a sex site. Rachel posts rules stating its not a sex site, but she's allowed to say I'd be fun to spank and own? Dom/Sub relationships are not tolerated in main. Users are kicked for mentioning it all the time. But again Flame was presented with SS's and again nothing happened.
Just today I watched Rachel kick a guest several times simply because she doesn't like him. I asked another mod on at the time what this guest was kicked for. The mod stated the reason Rachel provided was, "troll." I can assure you this guest is no angel, but at the time was talking about name changes with me. There was no trolling happening. Does that not make it targeting? How can someone be kicked for simply being a "troll," when they weren't trolling?
Later in the evening Rachel tagged me with the song Fleetwood Mac, "Dreams" which, was again not appropriate. We are not friends, and there was no reason to tag me. Rachel then under a guest account named me4 commented saying maybe "Rachel" was trying to puzzle me.
Again how is a mod allowed to mess with users? Where are the ethics? Where is the accountability? Why is nothing being done time and again?
The really sad part is how many instances are unknown, and unreported because Flame swept them under the rug and/or people were scared because Rachel is in a position of power? These are just mine and my friend's experiences. How many other instances are out there?
Are there administration or mods from other rooms that condone this behavior, if any are reading this can I get an answer?
So now I'm once again forced to watch good mods wanting to leave because they are not getting the support when bad mods and administration do as they please without consequences and appropriate oversight.
Please tell me where there is justice in this and what can be done as I'm genuinely flabbergasted that this behavior is okay. Nothing about any of this is appropriate and other users and other administration need to be aware of what is happening.
