The Tushy Push. Yes or no?

When something of the American Handball game makes European headlines, it must be big. And it seems that the Tushy Push is BIG.

Or is it Brotherly Love? Or both?

It seems to be unplayable, and so the other teams hate it so much they want it banned!! Are the Americans so prude that they want it banned for the name 'Tushy Push' or is it that they are so poor in accepting another team has found something better?

This is basically a modified QB sneak, which has been around forever. And you’re right, it’s very hard to defend and the Eagles run this play better than other teams. Butt, other teams are allowed to run the play also. Just because they don’t do it as well as the Eagles doesn’t mean it should be banned, in my opinion.

As for the name Tush Push, I’m not a fan of it but I don’t think it’s inappropriate, especially in a game where grown men routinely slap each other on the ass 😂 I personally prefer the name Brotherly Shove.

One reason I could see it getting banned is if it’s a safety issue. The players get so low to the ground and then there’s this massive pile up, the guys at the bottom are susceptible to getting injured. I know the NFL has been trying to make the game safer. You can’t even breathe on a QB anymore without getting a roughing the passer call. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️
