if you can't access it on wifi...the wifi is blocking it...either through dns filtering or blacklisting...it's pretty straightforward troubleshooting...can you ping the site on that network? yes? but it won't load on that network but does on another? then it's being blocked. might not be intentional...CA does flag a lot of different weird DNS categories that might not be the intention of whoever manages it.

Also, they still don't allow links? that's some 20 year old bullshit right there. like what's the advantage to that anymore?
