Incorrect Ban? (Teen Chat)

hey, I don't know who to tag for this problem.

Can someone help me out?


Someone in Teen Chat banned my account (My chat username is hot.) for "Max Offenses" (User Harrassment / PM Spamming)

On my old account, it took around 12-14 offenses for my account to be banned, but after I served my 1 month suspension, I tried to be more careful and modified my behavior to keep my account this time.


On this account, I only had 3-4 offenses and almost all of them were from mods who thought I was evading my prior ban, so those were mistake offenses. I only had 0-1 actual offenses out of the 12-14 allowed.

I PM'ed some people this evening around 15 minutes ago, saw I had about 8-10 replies, saw 3-4 of them were positive, went to the bathroom, logged back on, and somehow I already racked up 12 harrassment offenses?

How is that possible?


Can someone please explain what I did wrong?

All the people I PM'ed in this time were from the "New" Search feature, so if they were new to the chat, how could I have spammed them?
 
Not all offenses require the same number of kicks.

You use the same stereotypical question and not only do you ask it to woman only. You spam and then get offensive when people tell you to back off.

When your IP was removed last time. You were told, as being banned multiple times to therefore behave to make sure this doesn't happen again. Ban stays, you can return in a month.

Does my question violate the Terms of Service?

Most people only talk to the opposite sex here.


Also, because there are so many bots here, I just use it to ask a super basic question that every girl would want to reply to, so I can know they are a real person. For every 1 "offended" person, I get 10 fun replies back.

I used to put 5 minutes into reading each girl's profile so I could ask a unique question, but half the time all I get back is: "Want cyber *** and fun? Go to random virus site."

If people find my starter question annoying, why don't they block me so we don't see each other again?
 
I don't understand how you reason because you decide to do a rule violation. Other people must block you because you decide upon this. As I have told you before, the question itself is assuming towards females. You choose to ignore me. You've been actioned several times. Not only for the same topic. But for spamming the same distinct question in several members pm's. If you believe every person who doesn't like this should just "block" you then you should simply not come to chat. You broke a rule, you where removed. Ban stays, you can return in a month.
