Banned when I tried to log in??

I was on teen chat literally yesterday but I tried to log in today and it said I was banned? I’ve had my account for at least 2 years and even had purchased lifetime VIP. I don’t know why I’m all the sudden banned but if someone could help I’d really appreciate it. I love this site and have made a lot of friends on here and I’d hate to lose all that. My username is the same as my forum username.

Use your ban time to actually do productive things in life, like meet real friends and not the backstabbing fake people on this chat site, they literally got a mod killed from this chat site cause that Mod trusted people.
 
You are not banned. Please clear you cookies / Cache as this might be a problem from switching from wifi to data.

@Samwise might know more upon this then I do.

But checking your account. You are not banned.
 
Okay thank you I’ll try that

Still not working I’m going to try logging in on a different device I have a feeling whatever it is might be a MAC address or ip issue

Nvm apparently my account is just screwed it won’t even let me sign in on a completely different device
