Looking at how personal grudges n differences can really get ugly here which might affect the site and looking at the tight schedule and lack of time the owner have I wonder if it's time to elect one super admin to address all this issues of the ********, mods and admins .
Without saying it has to be someone who really have vast experiences in multiple rooms and good human behavioural skills who can tone down and control all the negative vibes occurred.

Just my thought tho 🤭🙏🙏🙏 ....

I think this is a great idea considering I have sent SS to site admin and never even got a reply and these were of ******** threatening to r*** and degrade female ******** in General Chat a supposed 13+ room. A super admin could also discuss with other admins to keep consistant across the board instead of one rule for one, one for another.

Lets let CM let people who harass users and are full of drama run his website.

It's been the same since time and memorial , electing one person to deal with all issues would be pointless.
All rooms have different rules so this would never work.
It's not that the powers that be don't have a "tight schedule" or "lack of time" they CBA that's why they get room Admins in so they don't have to do the dirty work themselves.

In my opinion they don't mean to be biased however their interpretation makes them looks or sounds bias. People perceive and interprete things differently.This is where things can go wrong and uncontrolled if it's continues.

A "super admin" main requirement should be well versed in all rooms rules besides being wise ,fair ,good listener and tactful in handling issues or complaints. .

Those from the good old days shld be potential candidates .

Honestly I think it's more because of their fear of one abusing n misusing the power . We can't blamed them .you guys have seen the proof of their fear for so long .

an ombudsman or auditor that's impartial to the environment because they have no direct ties to any of the happenings here.
