Customer Service Surveys

I feel chat avenue should have random customer service surveys which the user can fill out or not. The questions should be limited like 1. What brought you to bitch about today?
2. Did you felt listened to?
3. Was your issue resolved today?
4 What could we do better, what are we doing well?
5. Would you recommend chat avenue to your family and friends?

I know this would cost some money but Christmas is the time for giving. I think it would be helpful for Chatmaster and Administrator to have these reactions to use for training experiences. Not just the bad ones,.... Most times the mods and or admins do listen to the ******** and do their best to solve the situation. I think these can be used as valuable training tools to improve consumer service.

Well , tbh, girls chat is a chat room I never been to or ever will. But your service is valuable. A lot of younger users especially 13-15 who have reach a stage of autonomy, having adult issues but feel they are never listened to. You could prove that in your capacity you can have a positive influence on younger users.
But you might lose that attitude, Your are not a masamang babae, you just feel the adults are boring and feel they don't respect you because of your youth.

This is one of the main reasons Amaisey poached me to come be on her team, to be a buffer between the younger girls and the adult women. I have an uncanny knack to be able to (usually) understand both sides.

TBH, my attitude is a kind of coping mechanism for me in here, particularly giving my issues in social situations IRL. Yea, I try to be a bad girl, but those that know me know I’m gentle person under all that sass.

And adults not respecting me because of my youth, well I often use that to my advantage. I can usually easily spot a fake/catfish talking to me. Then again, with the way things are now, they hardly have to hide. Just buy VIP and say everything they said is a joke or taken out of context.

We all know who CM and the owners bow to, and it ain't us, not even the VIPs.
 
No site on the internet has more of a disconnect between its owners and its users. Customer satisfaction surveys might as well be posted straight into your bin. Chatmaster may as well live on Neptune with no internet connection.

lol when you typed the B word , I thought you were referring to my user name. Agreed the B word can be eliminated.
However Luka has been slacking off on his customer service duties.
I personally think that you need to be head of that department mainly your art of diplomacy.
