Damian's conduct as moderator

I'm just wondering if anyone is aware of Damian's conduct as a moderator in mobile chat.

I remember once he removed multiple guests (approximately 10) for no reason in quick succession, and muted several without issuing any warnings first.

In the above case, those who were muted didn't do anything that justified being muted either. They were having a mild argument and a warning would have been sufficient and directions to cease.

What is the explanation behind this behavior, and is anything being done to ensure this doesn't happen again?

I'm assuming Damian kicked you? It would be an interesting coincidence given that out of the entire Mobile Chat team - both Damian and I don't visit other rooms (the other mods do). Each have made me aware of how you conducted yourself in previous rooms (notably Video Games Chat).

Today after making this thread I received further info in my PMs from a credible source about you.

Behaving the same way in Mobile Chat as you did in Video Games Chat will get you the same result.

P.s. logs show that you were in fact muted and warned.

As you can see from the above chat; witnesses in the room state you were warned then muted. Job done. He was never dismissed. I see you're relatively new here so let me make you aware that there have been a few damians on this site and he's regularly mistaken for an ex admin/mod who used the same name.
