Why the hell was I permanently banned?

Ok, I don't get this. I was on the gay chat, for quite some time. I went to go on an hour ago and it said I am permanently banned for accessing the account.

I haven't got chatting with anyone under age, I have never written anything harmful or dangerous. So what the hell? I have seen people discuss seriously awful things there which I have reported, and they remain active there. INCLUDING MINORS.

Can this be lifted? Is anyone else having this issue as well?

There is no account in the name of 31Hampshire. What is your account name in the room please?

You're not banned. In fact you don't have so much as a mute against your account.

Your ISP has likely assigned an IP address to you that has been banned. I've applied a test ban and reversed it. Could you:

(1) Try logging in now. If that works, fantastic. If not
(2) Try logging in using incognito mode. If that doesn't work, clear your cookies and cache for Chat Avenue

Can you try those out and post back here whether you're able to access the room please?

Right, I tried all of those things and still it's saying I am banned. Very confused.
