In the new Adult Chat, artistic and non vulgar nudes should be allowed. However, erect cock and porn sex images should be banned, and any porn nudes should be kicked for 24 hours. This would give members an option to post more than General chat, and eliminate the perverts to Pervert chat.
#1 Chat Avenue should rename Adult Chat Pervert Chat, and create a new Adult Chat.

That's absolutely not what I was saying. General chat is that room that you want so dearly. Having a room like General with slightly less restriction will only give predators the idea that it's a free for all. While your intentions may be innocent, that's unfortunately not how a lot of the internet works.
Imagine this: tasteful nudity is allowed, an adult approaches a minor and sends them a picture of the statue of David, we all know that statue. They say they want to "discuss" art and culture and ask them about their opinion on *ahem* certain features. A mod might see this and question the adult's intentions, but the adults that do this aren't stupid. They know what to say in order to avoid consequences, and now their reason is "I was just discussing ancient cultures and art, what's the issue? It's allowed here". In an ideal world this would not be the case, but that's the world we live in and the world we are trying to avoid building up. It's why there are such rules in one of the only minor/adult rooms here.

Regardless of your intent, you post clearly make my point that #1 Chat Avenue needs a non-specialty room that ordinary people, whether teens or adults, can discuss and show photos of general subjects, including family, cultures, art, sports, music, and fashion. By excluding the topics most people want to discuss, little of substance can be discussed in General Chat.
Neither I nor anyone I know will argue against protecting children, but does it serve any worthwhile purpose to prevent them from seeing what they see everyday, every day, everyday on TV, in school, cell phones, and in public places? Perhaps so, but I have not seen a good argument.
I'm impressed with your creativity in finding a one in a thousand exception. However, exceptions should not make the rule. Rather than elimination the 99% good to prevent the 1% bad, add a rule, "No discussion of genitalia, breasts, or underclothes." Problem solved. Perhaps with your creative mind, you can find a couple more rare exceptions that should be added to the list.
If that is not practical, add a room as I suggested in my initial post.
A room was added for people to discuss more "adult" topics, as people have already mentioned. It then turned into what we know Adult chat as today. Creating a new room for what you want will give others more space to turn it into another General chat because people take advantage of the freedom. My room is 17+, it is empty, it allows a select few more adult topics, and no one expects anything off color to happen there. The exception has happened more than enough times for it to become a golden rule. I wish the internet and the world worked the way you want it to, but it does not, and we do prepare for the worst of it because we have seen it far too many times to give some leniency.

General Chat has probably the fewest restrictions on site regarding topics. Most rooms restrict or dont allow allow politics, religion, or other such things that we do. Its part of the reason the room is so popular.
The only thing we dont allow is sexual content. I actually agree with you and have argued in these threads more than once, simple nudity or art like you mention isnt * pornographic ( in all cases. ) But in General Chat, were we to allow nude art for example, trolls and creeps or others would exploit that.
I see no reason if you want to discuss nude art, or something not appropriate for a 13+ crowd, that PM or your own side room wouldnt be enough. Its just that I get no feedback at all in room by users they want explicit material.
People are attracted to rooms with a large number of active members. Therefore, a popular room should remain popular. I like General Chat because in private messages any subject is allowed, and generally the men are nice and, after testing respect my limits.
In the main room, I have seen discussions of politics, so that is allowed. Religion, if discussed, would be limited because the Bible has sexual content. Family would be limited due to adult/sexual content. Music is mostly love songs and limited.
Unless photos are included, discussions of cultures, art, sports, and fashion are allowed. Discussion of culture that included a photo of an African tribe is not allowed. Female fashion models and Olympic figure skaters and gymnast are primarily under age18, so photos, such as a photo of Kamila Valieva, would be sexualization of a minor.
I know it must be challenging to protect minors and, at the same time, try and accommodate older members and I am glad I don't have your responsibility. It is much easier to complain.

If it is possible to create another Adult side that did not allow graphic sexual content that would be an excellent option. Members would go to Adult Chat and immediately go to the side room and avoid seeing the porn and other filth.

the problem you will run into is....who is the arbiter of what is "art" or "tasteful". it's not going to be the same for everybody and it will just open the floodgates for people trying to take advantage.

That is simple. If you post it and a mod questions it, you must prove that it is art. You can do that by proving it is a statue in some some city or a painting in some art gallery or museum, or sold to some private collector for more than $10,000. If you can't prove it, you are kicked for 24 hours the first time and banned the second time. That would quickly eliminate all porn as no mod will even question world famous art but they will question sex photos and photos of your genitalia.

You're asking too much of people who aren't getting paid and main concern is getting rid of predators. You do realize how fast that room is right? I know one mod who told me in just two hours they had kicked out over hundreds of predators.
Even in the unlikely event that is true, banning would quickly eliminate all predators and, in the case of porn that someone can't prove is art, the site can give mods the power to kick for up to 30 days. If you don't want to risk being banned, when uploading you art, also give the link or a photo showing your art alone with other art taken in a museum or art gallery. Perhaps the second photo could be faked but that requires too much time and effort for all but one person out of every 576 people. It is not necessary to eliminate all porn, eliminating 99.58% will suffice.

Also…. I fail to understand why individuals with malicious intentions would be present on a chat platform specifically designated for adults who are 18 years old or older. Your remark suggests that you may not meet the minimum age requirement for the “adults chat”
I’ll admit not reading all 4 pages but it seems that the desire is for a chat room where nudity is allowed but not sex pics, and where adults can discuss adult topics without getting harassed for sex.

If you can get yourself and at least 3 others who want this type of chat, send me a PM when you all want to chat and I’ll make a password protected side room in my room.
I’ll make you staff of that side room. Monitor how long it stays active and the volume of ********. If the stats are good enough, that can be presented to the site owners as proof of concept to support the room you want to have.
Side rooms disappear after a period of inactivity but if the demand is as high as it seems you’re saying, there’s no reason it wouldn’t stay active
