It is with a heavy heart that I announce country star Toby Keith has lost his battle with stomach cancer yesterday in his sleep at the age of 62. He lived a great life and released lots of great songs and his legacy will live on. From should've been a cowboy, to how do you like me now, he had a great singing voice and I'm still really speechless that he's gone. He had stomach cancer since June of 2022 so he fought his battle to the best of his ability. Rest in peace Toby, the world will miss you dearly. Not a big fan of country but this bothered me and ruined my morning. He was only 62. I do like some of his songs. Stomach cancer is one of the worst. My exs mom had it and caught it early but had over half of her stomach removed.
 
Sucks huge. I was fortunate enough to see him live once. Aside from being a great musician he was known for being a great person. Fawk cancer. 62 is way too young
