Complaint about Moderator 'Time Capsule' !

Wouldn’t bother wasting your time and energy, this activity has been going on since I first started here 1000s of complaints, the non paying “ staff “ try their best but it’s near impossible to stop , however what makes matters worse is you have some ******** pretending to be children to target certain ******** , it happens in most rooms , if you are that desperate for attention pretending to be a child to think you are a child protector people have rocks in their heads , most have the IQ of a rock. One person in singles chat is currently being called a certain name because someone pretended to be a 14 year old girl but this chatter can’t provide any evidence of any wrongdoing.I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express some concerns I have regarding the moderation of our forum. It has come to my attention that there has been an increase in inappropriate activity, particularly involving pedophiles, perverts and minors. As a member of this community, I find this behaviour unacceptable and believe it is crucial that we take action to address it promptly.
However, I understand that moderation is a task designated to specific individuals who are familiar with the system and protocols in place, which I of course I am not. While I am eager to help tackle this ongoing issue, I also recognize that I may not possess the necessary expertise or authority to effectively carry out moderation tasks. That being said, I cannot simply stand by and watch as these harmful behaviours continue to plague our forum, particularly those who may be vulnerable.
On top of that, I was disheartened by the accusations made against me during our recent interaction. Accusing me of "advertising" or "wasting your time" when I attempted to use the report system to address instances of inappropriate behaviour was both unjust and unwarranted. It is important to understand that my actions were motivated by a genuine concern for the welfare of our community, rather than any malicious intent.
Moreover, suggesting that I am attempting to abuse the report system undermines the seriousness of the issue we are facing. My only intention is to contribute to the efforts to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all members, particularly those who may be vulnerable.
I want to emphasize that my personal experiences with being taken advantage of in the past have made me acutely aware of the importance of addressing such behaviour proactively. I would never wish for anyone else to endure similar hardships, which is why I am committed to doing my part in addressing this issue within our forum.
Rather than focusing on my actions and going as far as to mute despite no rules being broken, I urge you to direct your attention towards addressing the root cause of the problem and implementing measures to prevent further instances of inappropriate behaviour.

There’s been no suggestion that you abused the report feature. In fact you were advised to use it but seemingly chose not to. Instead you’re drawing attention to the pedos and the underaged.
You then sent a crappy message to one of my most experienced and long-standing mods suggesting that he can’t handle modding and inviting him to step down. Not cool.
Just one of your messages was this:
Reporting all P-3-D0PH1L3S & P3R/5 WILL BE REPORTED TO ADMIN! ALL M1N0RS WILL BE REPORTED! THIS IS AN 18+ CHAT!
With just that message ^^ you’ve spammed, posted excessively in caps, and evaded censorship of banned words. The mute was justified just on that.
I find it curious that people post a word, find it’s starred out, then find ways to evade it! Why anyone would feel the need to go to that effort to say “pedophile”, “perv”, and “minor” is beyond me. The starring out should give you a clue! You’re lucky those words aren’t in the spam filter because you could have found yourself banned never mind muted.
If you’re so concerned and want to help, you could have applied to be a mod but you haven’t. My advice:
1. Simmer down
2. Don’t try to be edgy
3. Do use the built-in report feature
4. Don’t mini-mod
5. Don’t send shitty messages to my mods

Apparently, good reading comprehension is rare around here. Not even going to attempt to write out a reply because I know it will get overlooked anyway. But yes let it be the spamming, that is somehow a bigger issue than full-grown men going after minors. Great to know this forum has its priorities in order...not. Don't think I'd ever apply to be a moderator under admin who responds like this, especially looking at those who are considered "most experienced" and "long-standing" and how they're apparently "good". No wonder the world is going to ****, when you have adults running forums the same way they run countries. Yikes. Awarding mediocrity as something special will always result in a gradual increase in laziness.
