If Toby made the decision, there's a legitimate reason behind it, and I suggest you revisit the chat rules. However, if another mod was involved, consider bringing it to the chatmaster's attention. Without this step, your complaint might just blend into the pile of "Kicked for no reason" grievances, coated in sugar but unnoticed.
