Banned for no reason but says spam

Why was I banned from teen chat for spam ? When I didn’t even post in the main chat

After reading other posts I think the reason why it triggered a ban was because I was writing a link. I didn’t know that wasn’t allowed. ( see it all the time posted on main chat) won’t do it again just wanna get back on , please help
