Banned from Adult chat for being underage but I am not

Hi there it is UKGirl18.

I am absolutely over 18 but the message popped up to say I had been banned due to being underage and my pictures therefore being underage. Not sure why !
 
It was adult chat mobile as I was accessing it on my phone!
Many thanks for quick response. Really concerned about this as it came from no where and I haven’t done anything wrong 🙁

Hello, I found your account and Foreverman is going to have to respond to this. I’ll leave him a message about this issue.
 
Hi @TheDifference is there anything I can do in the interim I.e prove I am over 18?
Concerned due to the fact it said my IP address was tracked etc and noted ForeverMan hasn’t been online for a few days. I just want to get this cleared up.
As you can understand it’s quite stressful when I haven’t done anything wrong.
