Hi,
My gf was banned on the Chat-Avenue lesbian site (BrattyTinkerbell).
Firstly, she was not issued a warning for whatever action was deemed a "ban" action, but was just banned.
Secondly, she has VIP, and when you purchase it you get "Lifetime VIP", doesn't make sense that you're banned, and not there using the "lifetime VIP", please do a refund on this VIP if she is banned and unable to use it there anyway.

First of all it's not lifetime, it is but isn't if you don't log on for 8 months they delete the acc. second no refunds, this site wont give refunds, you should have thought about that before spending money on a chat site KEK

If it's not for lifetime? Then why post it as "lifetime vip membership" . Isn't it tantamount to misrepresentation or fraud? The admin or site owner should be clear of what she or he will post regarding purchasing vip membership. And should state that account will be deleted after 8 months of being unused and. Clearly it is not stated there in order to deceive users or ********. It is not easy to earn money

It wasn't even written when you view vip plans. What it was written is lifetime vip memberships in the amount of 20 dollars. I don't see any rules about that on lesbian chat. I tried to look for it and it's not visible. I hope the site owner should post ( lifetime vip membership with revocations - 20 dollars)

And no terms and conditions were even written before purchasing vip membership. So why mentioned rules when it's not even publish. I tried to ask my friends about it and no one of them knew that your vip account will be deleted. So lifetime vip memberships doesn't make sense when it's not even "lifetime"
 
I can't speak to other rooms or sites, but from the verbiage I've seen there is a specific note including, "...for the life of the account." If the account should expire, is deleted, or is banned, then that would constitute "life of the account," I think.

Related, at least in Adult Desktop, VIP accounts don't passively expire and aren't deleted for inactivity. Is that not how every room's VIP works now?

I don't see that rules on lesbian when I tried to click view vip plans and click the lifetime vip membership. It will only lead you to enter your bank details and no terms and conditions nor it was publish in news of lesbian site. I was surprised that due to inactivity your account will be deleted. I only found it out now when someone mentioned it here. So what's the point of purchasing lifetime vip and clearly it isn't?
 
They must be different then, as this was the mention I was talking about that was posted a few days ago in Adult Desktop within a news post by the Administrator account:

"It's only $20 USD and it's for the life of your account!"

Yes on lesbian it only says "Lifetime vip memberships " that's all and not life of your account " two different things.
 
Rules are posted in the lesbian chat room when you're in there. Bratty would know why she was banned and should be raising this enquiry herself. As @Duckie46 said @flame_song prefers these to her inbox.

Whether vip or not you can be banned at the end of the day. Don't break the rules and you won't get banned, it's really not that difficult 🤷🏼‍♀️
