Try waiting for the room admin as you've already been told. Staff here are volunteers and have lives to live outside of chat. Be patient.

Spam bans occur when the system/site filters pick up a word or phrase used. Sometimes they're incorrect, sometimes you can't say "co ck"
You're just going to have to wait until @Honeycomb comes back and gives you a verdict, please be patient.
