wrongfully banned

Hello,
I got banned from the gay chat today and received the following message:
“You have been banned from this chat. Your IP address has been recorded and can be used by law enforcement to identify you in cases involving illegal activity.”
and the reason for that being “pedophile”?
I find that crazy since first of all, that’s a serious accusation and second of all it’s just not true.
Could I have been banned for using the word “younger”? many people use it though and there’s nothing wrong with it considering the fact that the chat is an adult chat.

Is there a way to get unbanned? I’ve met some great guys on there and now I cannot enter the chat again unfortunately.

Gay chat rule #13 “If you ask for young, teens, or boys, you must state the age you are looking for which can be a range. Eg. "Looking for young guys age 20-23". If you are describing yourself in those terms or other language that could suggest you are under 18, you must have your age set on your profile. Remember that 70% of "teens" are underage for Gay Chat - choose your language carefully”
