As mentioned you were not banned, this seems to be an issue with your ip.
I can see you were back online since posting this so you’ve either refreshed everything or are switching between cell data and your wifi.
I’ve sent you a pm so we can try and fix this for you so it doesn’t happen again.

There's no Steph83 in Adult Desktop. The account Steph83 is online right now in Adult Mobile and I had cautioned you to log out if you're banned when I directed you here. There's probably some wires crossed somewhere and I'm not sure we can help you unless there are more details you can share. The admins will look into things, but given what you've mentioned, you're online now so you're not banned.

I suggest you log out for now until things are sorted and have patience while the admins review your situation. If there are any other details, then you should let them know here so they can assist you. 🍰

Have you tried clearing your cache and cookies or a different browser like you have been asked to try by @iDeadlySins and I days ago?

There isn’t a ban on the account.

Lis they can’t access their account but they have logged in on a guest account to ask questions.
