Don’t have to be rude it’s not good to give it out things should be able to be done with out ip addresses
Pls be informed that on many occasions it was the IP that has problem and denying access to the chat ters. The owners have every details of registered users here however with almost 30 thousands users in mobile it will be much easier and faster for him to check on your issues if we provide him the ip upfront .

I'm sorry you feel that my reply was rude, but please note that @JenRock and @Lisblanc have been trying extensively to solve your issue. As Lis clearly explained above, the next step is to forward your IP to the site owners for possible resolution, but if you decide not to provide that, then there's nothing else they can do to assist you. The resolution is now in your hands.

And this crappy site has not froze on me til recently before it just kept logging me out from time to time outta no where than wouldn’t work completely for no one now it’s steady freezing smh
The site needs to do better and pay more for better up to date software but cheap No wonder there is steady issues for most
