Can't report users after they ignore...

As title says.

An obvious catfish messaged to ask me about the uk's conscription and if it was the same as they have in Ukraine.
Odd thing for an American user to ask.
Pfp was of a musician, easily found on a well known search engine. As soon as I asked them their name they had a lame attempt at insulting me and added me to ignore.

Catch is...you don't seem to be able to report them if they ignore you.
That a "feature" to prevent report abuse?

If you can't report someone after they blocked you then yes, it is probably to prevent report abuse. If that is the case then i think it was a smart idea, just kinda sucks if you can't report them when they break the rules of that room. Not sure if that is just a bug on your end, i have not attempted to report someone who has me blocked.

I hope this helps a little.

I think being able to report broken rules is more important than limiting report abuse. Ignore should work so that it doesn't prevent reports.
