Ill refrain from using extensive vocabulary so that I'm actually comprehensible to the majority.

i genuinely thought i was delusional when i thought you guys were racist but you quite literally are omg. that Jewish boy said the N word with an "er" and only got kicked him for two minutes... i literally jokingly said "well if i said n*ggà id be kicked for two hours cause I'm not white and Jewish" straight after him and quite literally got kicked for two hours lmao.

Not only do you disregard his Zionism but his racism too alongside his transphobia. No matter if i report him or not as honeycomb had insisted. Your virtue and morality is soo pretentious. You absolutely do not give a f*ck about anything that happens in this place. Its frivolous to you like the rest of us.

It is the whole called "discretion" mods have *COUGH FAVORITISM COUGH*

Applying the same rule to different people and having different outcomes is discrimination. It is the definition of unequal treatment and unfair outcomes, as you have yourself have personally experienced. This only allows moderator abuse to flourish and unhappy people who turn into trolls as retribution. This only causes a perpetual cycle that reduces the overall quality of the chatroom.

Mods should not have "discretion" over any rule. Periodt.

So, you're saying, you got kicked for using the N word, and that makes the mod who actioned you racist?
I see, what an interesting conclusion!

The rules apply to everyone equally. If you say a slur, you'll have action taken against you.
You have a BIBLE of kicks for using slurs, including the N word, on multiple different occasions. Are you really so shocked that you were kicked for longer?

You also seem to be having a bit of an issue being civil towards this user, so I suggest using the 'ignore' button against them, so you won't have to converse with them anymore.

Lets get this straight, One user said ni-ER and got 2min kick one said ni -a and got 2 hour kick

In what world is this EQUAL?
 
Kind of weird they both KICKED. Meaning they both had "history of infractions" leading to the kick. Strange how one got kicked for 2hrs and one 2mins because of favoritism.

You're a moron troll. I gave you an explanation of how it works and as usual it doesn't meet your agenda so it's ignored and/or misinterpreted.
 
Maybe the lesson here is, if you see someone get punished for breaking the rules, (and more than likely they have been punished before too as well considering it wasn't just a immediate delete of the comment, and verbal warning) Don't proceed to do the EXACT same thing as them. Is it unfair they got kicked for 2 minutes while you got two hours? I mean, perhaps. But you sorta asked for it while playing a stupid game and won a stupid prize.

This is probably not the best analogy to use since a lot of states use cumulative point systems and those points add up with every infraction, and every infraction having a different point value. But yeah, if Person A said the N word and Person B also said it, regardless why should one only get a slap on the wrist while the other clearly gets a harsher punishment? They BOTH know it's against Chat Room Rules, they both did the same thing.

The points accumaltion is a judgement for the driving privilige. In this case the analogy would be a BAN from the room.

The enforcement of the ticket and its predetermined fine would be the moderator kicking them for a predetermined time.

To fine someone different based on lets say, "history" or "relationship" would mean that the rules dont apply the same to everyone.

It is unfair AND unjust and ive seen this type of preferentrial treatment with users with an extended "history".
So Honeycombs point is moot. She can claim that doesnt happen in her room but thats what all of "them" claim.
