Just to clear up your questions, it means you have created to many accounts. If you want to make another account, delete one of your current ones. If you forgot a password, reset it or even ask the mods/admins of that room for help on doing so.

This is an updated version of the original to make it easier to read and understand. What it basically says is and what that essentially means is the ip that the user is coming from has registered before and if it has then verify if it's hit the threshold for the max number of registrations...

Thanks. You’re not registered in either Adult Chat room, so you must be using a guest account.
If you wait for awhile (a day at most) you should be able to log in as a guest again. Alternatively, you could always just register. It only takes a few minutes and best of all…..it’s free. Plus you’ll get some perks that guest accounts don’t have 😎

Read this. If it still does not work a mod might have other possible solutions for you or you might have to ask a admin.
