i changed my password last night but forgot to write it down/save it

how can i get my account back?
i made my account about two years ago and no longer have access to the email i used.

It’s it’s like forums than I’d say it’s a lost cause. I had a situation like that on here.

I had a forums account and couldn’t remember the password and no access to the email. When I messaged @Chatmaster he said it was a lost cause. So chats may be different but if not then you probably won’t get back into it.

Now, that's an issue. Always make sure you have a way of remembering/recalling your passwords, to prevent such situations. Be more careful in the future.
If you have no way of accessing the email to reset your password, the account is lost. I see no feasible way of you regaining access to it.

Only thing you can do now is get used to the new account you've created.
