Can's gift VIP to a friend

I was trying to gift VIP to someone but everytime I enter the card information it says "Transaction declined. Please verify your information and try again". Im sure I've entered the right information and it's a master card so it should work. Can somebody assist me with it please. A mod or admit? Thanks!

Sillly cliche statement but do check the credentials match exactly. Are there sufficient funds? Can’t see why else it would say to verify unless there’s a secondary verification that’s not compliant.

Check that failing that send a private message to @Chatmaster

@JenRock also mentioned once that when you type the numbers in don’t put spaces or special characters.

If you have checked you are typing things right, your card supports online purchases, and that you got money then you may want to reach out to the card issuer. See if they are blocking if on their end for any reason.

VIPs I’ve bought in the past showed up as Toronto transactions which my bank was blocking until I approved it. Not sure if the new stripe payments are out of Canada anymore.

I hope this helps fix it up for you. I think potentially this is a cardholder issue.

Your card hasn’t expired has it? Beginning of the month is when most get caught out with expired cards 😂 or maybe just me with a big loads of groceries
