They have been in the site far too long to not know wether chat avenue forum links are allowed or not. Theyre not even on the same page.
 
Bread I didn't say they weren't allowed I said later on in that conversation I'm not sure if guests are allowed to post them as they are none VIP they cannot bypass the sensor for the link

If they are allowed then they are allowed.
If they are not allowed then they are not allowed.
The fact that https:// is struck out by the word filter in asterisks bears no relevance.

By your logic then VIP should be able to post any damn link because https:// is NOT being filtered out by the word filter.
 
I'm not piggybacking off anybodys comments I'm just saying All I saw in main was that it was sensors by the filter, so that is a logical comment to make due to how the sensor works as for the answer to your question I don't know the answer IV tagged the admin @Argamaethos maybe he can shed some light on the matter
 
You are saying that the inclusion of https:// in the "link" is what makes it a "link"

Then that means this is NOT a link.

I didn't say that all I said is that when it was put in chat the sensor blocked it , hence why it was removed by another mod and we were awaiting clarification as iv already said I don't know why your getting so aggressive when all I'm trying to do is help like I said I'm not 100% sure on the answer to your question hence why IV tagged the admin
 
If the censor is blocking it then the censor has already done its job and needs no further action from a "mod"
Likewise if the censor is already blockign https:// in my URL that means the censor has done its job and needs no further action from a "mod"

Are asterisks against the rules now? Or how did you come to conclusion that i typed in a banned word?
 
I dont know what youre tagging argamatheos for i already tagged him at the begging of the thread. You tagging him isnt going to make him appear any faster. You chose to respond to this thread to this complaint that doesnt involve you and now you cant argue with logic.
 
Whatever you say bread I tagged him as I didn't see you had tagged him at the top of the thread , was just trying to help end of the day , when arga see,s this he will respond to your question
 
Bread.. just saying.. we try not to allow ANY links posted in main.. just to keep the confusion down... you can always pm the link to whom ever you wanted to see it..I am speaking for Gen chat.. or better yet myself..

This complaint is with the VGC room and admin. Not sure why you are commenting on GEN chat rules
