Why Hasn’t Africa Gone Digital? One major reason is a lack of reliable, affordable electricity

Because their own government only care about the tourists. The country and its majority of people is made to stay poor and only makes the top officials richer by providing a good holiday destination for the tourists. The country will never become 2nd or even 1st world because it's not got a government that gives a **** about its own. I mean no Country does but at least America, Uk and others pretend to so it's not so bad overall like Africa. In Africa they don't pretend to care at all. that is why it's never improved and most likely never will

*looks at Flint, Saginaw and Detroit, Michigan!*
Unfortunately, it all will get worse, its spreads so eventually the entire land of USA will be **** and not worth even thinking about living in. I can see it happening to all countries, with how fucked up everything already is give it 100 to 200 years the entire planet will just be full of nothing but **** and it won't even be worth trying to care about living in it anymore. Even now it's not worth it but there is some very minimal but some things that can maybe keep somebody going Lol

it's obviously lack of money thats the issue i mean look at the most developed countries that spend and profit the most money and how well off they've been doing for the past century or so

Unfortunately my post was deleted, even though it was correct, and proved that it isn't present, and that there are articles out there that now state that Africa is going Digital.
