Banned?

Hi, I've just been banned from the adult chat room and I'm not sure why? I was just replying to messages when it popped up. Can someone message me or reply here to let me know? Thanks

Were you on a registered or guest account? An Adult Chat staff member will be by to verify that you are in fact banned and investigate what happened, but we often see that particular ban screen when the digital universe has a hiccup. If you're on a computer, try clearing your cache and cookies. If you're on a phone, try toggling on and off air plane mode, or move to Wi-Fi if you're on data.

A registered account, I'm very active on there. I'm in pretty good standing with everyone, always reporting inappropriate content and I've actually received messages from mods before thanking me for all of my reports so I'm very confused. I'm on my phone but toggling air plane mode doesn't do anything and unfortunately I don't have WiFi in my new flat - constantly on data!
