Being drunk is not an excuse. It doesnt stop people from being charged with manslaughter and it shouldnt stop their "harassment" from being excused either.

The more you label people like cual and osiris as "drunks" the more you are normalizing and dismissing their behavior.

It depends people make new accounts and have a different made up persona, they have not been banned again. yes, in cuals case your right he would just get himself banned again in no time LOL
