I was banned randomly for "spam" even though I didnt spam anything.

Hello there, could somebody please help me! I was banned for "spam" even though was in the middle of typing to somebody privately and didnt post ANY thing in the main room at all. Ive used the site for years and always followed the rules.

Name is TallNerdUK from the Adult Chat Room.

Please help 🙁

You’ll have to wait for one of the admins who have been tagged. They are only volunteers and do have lives away from chat. Us staff haven’t yet been asked to wear any tracking equipment so nobody knows where they are at this current time.

Rest assured, as soon as they are online, they’ll provide you with an update

Hello, this was a System ban. Meaning a word or combination of words triggered the system filter to ban you. I’ll lift your ban and figure out what triggered it and I’ll let you know.

Sandrpe is the word .. it's a combination of few words you typed.".fun things and rp etc". The word is in that sentence .
 
It's a word used by the spammers previously and all those words will remain on the filter for at least 2 years normally. If you happen to be unfortunate and get ban just post it here for us to investigate n assist .
