I am writing this letter to be remove for the ban that has been placed on my Clemmy Account. I don't understand that my actions were unacceptable and never violated the terms and condition set on VC, CC GC platform.

I want to assure you that I am innocent and they mistakenly Banned me without explanation. Throughout the years of my chatting experience on Chat Avenue, I Clemmy was been violated/ Harassed by the moderators from the past and present. I been bullied by staff members throughout my chat life.

I don't understand that my behavior was inappropriate( * definitely not true / fake news) & cause inconvenience and frustration to other users. ( They mad because my swag too resilient).

Im always been respectful member of Chat Avenue community. I truly believe I always made a big impact & contribute positively to the platform. I make the difference to chat ave, ( put me as a good example).

I hope that you ( chat avenue staff and administrators) will consider my request to lift the ban. Thank you for the time for reading my appeal letter.

Don't close my thread until I was proven guilty

No. you were given many chances to act right and was warned about your actions but didn't listen at all. So with that you are still

Dear @Chatmaster as well as the admins and moderators,

I also would like to say that @CLEMS0N doesn’t deserve to be banned. There is some very vile behavior all across this site and it’s not something I personally see from clemmy. When I’m in chat and Clemson is there he is usually engaging with everyone in proper and respectful conversations, he always greets everyone kindly, he helps people talk positively about fitness goals and he’s just honestly a sweetheart. He stands up for things that are right in chat which is rare. In terms of him being a changed and respectful man I’d like to point out how over the last year he was actioned many times for misuse of typing in CAPS, as a sign that she’s a changed man he has stopped this behavior. Let’s give him a fair shot to show everyone the good things i know and adore about our dear pal clemmy! Forgiveness is an important key to life and i just know you have forgiveness in your heart. #FREECLEMSONSITEWIDE

it has come to my knowledge, that @CLEMS0N is still banned from the aforementioned chats...

i write this with grave concern, for the precedent this sets for the level of funs...

we are in a crisis, a crisis unlike any other; while everyone is concerned with the u.s national debt & mock elections, they has neglected the astronomical decline in the levels of fun through out #1 chat-avenue...

if this trend continues, we'll eventually be downgraded to #2 chat-avenue, which does rhyme better but we can't afford to reach a net negative in fun otherwise the chain reaction that'll be triggered due to the lack of fun will be absolutely catastrophic...

we can't let the chinese surpass the western world in chat-rooms, the best way that we can prevent this & combat chinese influence on chat-avenue is by unbanning @CLEMS0N...

unbanning clemmy would increase the levels of fun across 3 chats, & increase those levels by an impressive 83.6%...

you see, the chinese are the enemies of fun there isn't any such thing as fun in communist societies bc in those places people are commodities, which is why we need @CLEMS0N...

what does @CLEMS0N stand for??? what does unbanning @CLEMS0N stand for??? it stands for freedom...

so free @CLEMS0N, unban him today he's the hero democracy needs...

but @CLEMS0N an upstanding citizen, beluved member of the community...

whos entire purpose being here is to spread good vibes, fire bars, freedom, luv, & most importantly fun; but we keep him banned, hes not capable of changing???

even if he cant change, what hes been banned for is petty in comparison to the types that haunt these chats

this is exactly what has been propelling this decline in fun, fun chattas are banned but criminals are allowed to continue lurking which drives the fun even further away 🤨

i thought this was a chatroom?? this is effectively limiting the chatting by banning decent chattas, bc no one wants to chat with bubba who is always trying to sell folks pictures of his 8 year old; smh

Dear @Chatmaster and Chat-Avenue staff members,

I would like to appeal for Clems0n’s ban to be lifted. I have known Clems0n for quite some time and I can assure you that he is an upstanding member of our chat community. To bar him from interacting with other members of our community is a violation of his basic human rights (i.e. freedom of expression, amongst other things) and an affront to justice. I sincerely believe in his innocence and I also believe in giving people a second chance. Life is a learning curve and we learn from our mistakes.
