Over the last few years Ive taken a real shine to Antony Blinken, yea he's a career bureaucrat and never held elected office, not an actual politician in the sense of the word, but his foreign policy game is strong. I was thinking he mighta been an option for Harris' VP even. I guess he can give it a go in 2028.

foreign debt means nothing, the national debt is 35 trillion out of that; only about 3 trillion of that debt is held by foreign investors…

its especially meaningless when china continues to sell its holdings of u.s debt in form of bonds; 10 years ago, the number owed to china alone was 3 trillion, now its down 749 billion…

you realize that is one year’s u.s defense budget, which stands nearly itself at 1 trillion annually, imagine knowing a country is paying nearly 1 trillion dollars a year on just their military & thinking that paying 750 billion dollars would be impossible 🤪

we've given ukraine basically a trillion dollars in just 2 years

the other 32 trillion in national debt is what the u.s government, & public owes its own federal reserve…

crazy how someone my age has more knowledge about this than you, arent u old enough to be my father??
