I'm not deflectining. You are refusing the explain the rules on tagging but then expect me to understand the rules on tagging. you are twisting it to be about about a minor so you can ignore the main problem if you never explaining a rule

Okay, as the OP doesnt have the integrity to explain his action, apologize for them, or even apologize, no reason for this to remain open. I will say now if there is any more of this harassing minors who have especially told you to leave them alone already and you refuse? There will be bigger consequences handed out,
