To clarify I wasn't saying a mod should be replaced. Just opinions on who should be considered if an opening was available.

Sadly being fair and nice isn't a requirement. You have to kiss butt and be part of the clique
 
Is 10 mods the limit? if not, need more as they can't be on all the time, and sometimes you get 3 or 4 on together, and more often than not 1 or none at all. And some are only on at limited times, as busy with other things, so if 10 is not then limit, then would be good to get more in various timezones.

We are full, yes. We also have a variety of mods from around the world. As you stated that people do get busy and this is not a job for anyone. As in, we dont get paid, this is a volunteer thing so jobs and school are factors ad of the most importance.

I can however promise we all put in as much time as we can 🙂
