Incorrect IP ban. By Flame song

Hi, I had an issue and spoke to both cogirl (mod) and flame song (admin) on the lesbian chat room. I explained my issue to them regarding that there was two accounts but couldn’t delete one due to having no option to (Baby gay) she said she would ban that account to get rid of it.

What’s now happened is I can’t log into my actual account as it’s saying I’ve been up banned rather than just that account being banned. If this could be rectified I would gladly appreciate it thanks.
