My part of story:
So basically I nowadays come to college chat recently for chatting as a guest ID. I am user friendly never spams. And suddenly I got a 2 hours kick by the Finny Fish moderator @Finn2.0 for some stupid reason Ban Evasion. I kick evaded and joined from another ID just so I wanna know why was I kicked for(I know that's wrong and I must not do this but I was not willing to write a big forums post so I directly went on there to ask the moderator) he said I was ban evading and could roll IPs. I asked him to check my previous IP for which I was banned whether it comes in a banned or blocked IP or not. He went numb and didn't even care to reply after that I asked him 2-3 times whether is it my username that's giving you a hint of KOS user then I would change it but to my surprise they all went silent. So then I started talking to someone named 0siris or Osiris we were just talking about how people in a nation can be so different from what we all imagine. So he used some scum word which might be considered derogatory but we weren't actually meaning it I'm assuming that was the reason for getting him banned. Idk he just asked whether Finn was White or not but as soon as I saw him was getting him banned.

Then comes the admin something stoned(bro dont be stoned while handling a task like an admin) @xStoned I asked him to check my IP list he went up for racial slurrs woah you little ass monkey to my surprise now Finny fish replied that he is roro I knew it .. I was on my wtf streak like who tf is roro. My request for all the admins or even the moderators is just dont assume things go check the IP list, ik the IP are rolled coz of dynamic ISP and If I was having a KOS user name u could have told me earlier when I literally asked for 4 times. You all stay silent. As soon that stoner admin came he said lil ass monkey finn said you are roro .. boom I'm banned. My question is who tf is roro. I'm not asking to demote anyone because they all are handling their tasks very well. mods and admin of cc are okay I'm having no problems with them. Unban me and that user Osiris or 0siris bruh wtf y'all banned me gave no time to explain? I'm not a ban evader
Just Cox u think someone is a ban evader doesn't prove you are right. My conduct was all good on the chats.
Idk who to tag but I have tagged the college chat stoner admin and the fish mod.
 
RoRo is a troll and banned used who frequently rolls his IP to spam racist and homophobic messages in chat. He was in the midst of another rage spam when you suddenly appeared using the name ā€œhomoā€. Your first message was a string of emojis that RoRo is known to use and had spammed minutes before. Thus, you were kicked.

You then evaded and returned, and did indeed speak with Osiris, who you encouraged to be racist because ā€œnobody really caresā€. His ban is an entirely different matter and nothing to do with you.

The evidence all points to you being RoRo and the decision to unban you rests with @xStoned, who will be along as soon as heā€™s next online.

What were the strings of emoji I used on the first place on chats I legit never used a emoji there. And ye how writing homo is even homophobic are u on ur right senses or stoned enough fish šŸ  that's not so good of u to kick me for a 2 hr kick when all my conduct was good I never spammed anything racist or hurting the community of LGBT I'm very well aware that it's wrong to do so. Now fish you need to go swim and call ur shark leader aka x stoned . Since the reason u gave is all vain. šŸ˜” U kicked me twice when I explained myself

Itā€™s either one of two things, either youā€™re Roro, or you saw what Roro was spamming and decided to base your name on his spam messages, which was stupid of you.

Either way, the decision to unban you isnā€™t mine. Wait for the admin.
 
We and osiris weren't being racist . He asked u whether u were whiteor not then we talked about something that people in nations can be very different from each other like all Americans aren't fat all Africans aren't black how were we being racist? WTH is it how you mods act just kick people on assumption? Show me the emoji strings you got in my kick history for kicking me in first hand. And yes I was past 30 mins there on chats, no roro as such username was there on chats? So what are u trying to point out? Ugh
Why would u even put mein a ban evasion list for getting me banned?
 
First of all, don't ask for Osiris to be unbanned. After you were removed he continued talking and said some incredibly racist things. It's kind of his thing and he had it coming. Second of all, because of the IP rolling there is no way to compare your IP with any of the IPs that RoRo/you used in the past. The very first thing you did when you came in was post a string of emojis, which is very typical of RoRo. He no longer comes in under that name so of course you wouldn't have seen it. Your behavior afterwards was pretty much identical to that of RoRo. Your behavior on forums confirms that.

Calling yourself Homo wasn't the homophobic part. RoRo has done similar things while spewing homophobic rhetoric. Your kick for ban evasion was based purely on your identical behavior. But in the end, the admin has the last say. So wait for him to get online and he will decide if you stay banned.
 
1. I was there on chat it's not like I came and was kicked. The rage spam point proved invalid.
2. Typing homo means I'm promoting homosexuals. Even if I wrote something homophobic you should be taking actions when I harass someone because hating or loving gays depends on a person's choice unless someone hates or bashes them so there is where the mods shall act.
3. I legit as far as I can remember never created an emoji on chats. This point is outruled.
4. Moderators without any proof can't take action even If I was roro which I'm clearly not , you could have waited for me doing something unjust. When I did nothing, you put the blame of ban invasion

Anything relating to your ban can be answered by the admin. But I do want to address the point above. Osiris was banned for sharing his view that all black people should be removed because he doesnā€™t wish to associate with them. He wasnā€™t banned for that comment alone, that was just the latest in a long long string of racist comments.

No you are right.. I wasn't given a warning, a mute, or a kick. Mind you this was with Rita and Finn right there. In no way should that result in a ban.

We aren't talking about the past, we are talking about now. If what I was saying was bad I should have been muted, kicked, or maybe even given me a warning. The whole time I was in the chat, none of those things happened, I'm not a racist, btw we were having a discussion on the migrant crisis, I apologize if I offended anyone.

Yes if looked at that ongoing chats, we werenā€™t being racist if thatā€™s what got him banned at that point.
For me, you assumed that Iā€™m roro w/o any solid proof or me being a nuisance on room. My conduct was good and you simply canā€™t go on by saying - ā€œHey, I literally know who this guy is!ā€ ā€œThatā€™s fucking RoRoā€

If someone kicks just on asssumption, then this issue would do more harm than any good! Iā€™ll request that do take actions by conduct on chats not just if someone felt it thatā€™s crazy! No one ever told me that username was of an evader I asked 4 times āœ–ļø you paid no attention. Then soon comes mod on forums - this guy is definitely Roro see their behaviour here. Oml. I will unban you after you apologise to Beanyy in every room you spammed all that abuse towards her.
