Can I connect to the desktop version of AdultChat with my mobile device (my android phone)? I would like to use my phone so I can walk around the house and still chat with my friends in the desktop version chat room. Is there a way for my phone to imitate a desktop browser?

Yes you just have to make sure your browser set to desktop site otherwise it would connect to mobile chat automatically if you are using your mobile phone or a tablet. Mobile and desktop chat are different registration.
