Blocks deleting reports

Can we undo this feature? Pervs and the like message us, we report it, but then we ignore them so we don't have to keep seeing their messages, but that deletes the report. Which means we have to allow them to keep messaging us until a mod/admin can log in to take care of it. Or they send vile things, then they hit ignore when a mod shows up which deletes any report that they might have thus protecting them.

I don't think it's possible or owners will want to do it but I ll check with him again tomorrow .I really should be sleeping now lol.
