Today, 28 September 2024 the Brisbane Lions decimated the Sydney Swans with a final score of SYD 60 - BL 120.

Will Ashcroft won the Norm Smith Medal (like best player for the game) being the youngest to win it at the age of 20.

It’s been 21 years since the Lions have won the premiership in 2003.

AFL = Australian Football League aka Aussie Rules aka Footy is a full-contact sport started in Melbourne, Australia 165 years ago.

hope you all enjoyed the match and countless numbers of fosters and bloomin onions that were consumed as you waved the koalas and roos out from in front of the tele.
