Why am I being banned for 2 hours when a 12 year old contact my. When they messaged me I asked them there age all I said was aren't you kind of young and I get kicked out of adult room for 2 hours. I did nothing wrong and there is a lot worse going on in that room that shouldn't be and it says I contacted the 12 year old when I didn't

Ok thank I'm only trying to follow the rules and if someone messages you and it doesn't show there age I always ask after I've said hi so I know they are legal before going any farther
